10 Month Old Misunderstood Puppies- Seeking Urgent Rescue/Foster! (Baldwin, MD)

Meet Xavier! Xavier came to Baltimore County Animal Services as a stray but we do know a bit about his rough past, there were concerns for some cruelty and neglect surrounding his potential owners as well. Here at the shelter Xavier has been a happy pup, loose and wiggly to greet new people. He is a bit jumpy and mouthy on leash but is receptive to training thus far. We are sure once out of a shelter setting and with more consistent work he will improve! He enjoys pets and will get the zoomies when in a yard. He went on a buddy walk with another dog and would play pounce and seemed very positively socially interested in them. Xavier is just a young dog who did not grow up in the best setting and will just need some additional training. Due to his current behaviors, we are looking to place him with a rescue organization that can best meet his needs and work on those behaviors with him.
