7 year old stray kitty in rough shape- Seeking Rescue! (Baldwin, MD)
Meet Ed! Ed came to Baltimore County Animal Services as a stray and he is the epitome of a sweetheart! He quite literally will crawl out of his cage into your arms all while making biscuits and just wanting love. He is a social, friendly guy and deserves to be in a loving home versus in the shelter. Ed came to the shelter underweight with a body condition score of 3 out of 9. He also has symblepharon which is varying degrees of adhesion between the corneas and third eyelids. Typically, this is secondary to an infection. Although Ed’s eyes may look a little unique due to this it is not causing Ed any pain or discomfort. Further diagnostics and treatment may be needed if this condition becomes more concerning. Ed is a sweet kitty who doesn’t let this condition affect him at all and he deserves the best, due to his medical at this time we are hoping to place him with a rescue organization.
