BIG HERC HAS RESCUE INTEREST BUT NEEDS A FOSTER TO PULL HIM OUT OF THE SHELTER!!
If you can provide a loving foster home for Big Herc, please go to https://www.charliedog.org/services and let us know, we will try to find a rescue to work with you to pull and sponsor Big Herc while in your care.
Big Herc - altered male, 3yo, 117.8lbs
Meet Big Herc! He was brought to BARCS after his owner passed and has been here every since. He seems to be extremely depressed and very fearful of people, although he does love his doggy friends! Even through his fear, staff have been able to note that he is a very polite gentleman who loves his toys.
Big Herc hasn't wanted to eat, much less even get up from his kennel. We know that a rescue would be a much better place for him so he can stop declining and get the care, attention, and love he so needs.
This mastiffy-guy seems healthy except for a pesky URI which we are currently treating.
We can give a medical summary upon request!
Big Herc is available for immediate rescue pick-up.
Please let us know if your organization can help!
Thank you,
