Ghostopher P. Spookington is a 2-year-old unaltered male who recently came to the Humane Society of Washington County as a stray. Ghostopher is a gentle, affectionate boy, but he’s understandably wary of his new surroundings. In our shelter environment, he becomes stressed and overwhelmed—he pants heavily and cries loudly in his kennel.

Ghostopher weighs 44 lbs and is looking for a rescue placement where he can decompress, feel safe, and begin to trust again. He deserves a calm, understanding environment and someone experienced who can help him adjust at his own pace.

This sweet boy has so much love to give once he feels secure. We would be grateful to connect him with a rescue that can offer him the patient care and quiet space he needs to thrive.
