Meet Ray! Ray came to Baltimore County Animal Services as a stray and has been sweet as ever! He is always happy to greet you at the front of his kennel and accept all of the pets! Unfortunately, Ray has been struggling with a persistent upper respiratory infection and we are hoping that getting him out of the shelter and into a home to heal will help! He has been improving a little but a cozy home and some TLC will be just what he needs. We are hoping to place Ray with a rescue organization or a foster home where he can continue to heal from his kitty cold asap!
