Meet Link! This chubby cheek bachelor came to Baltimore County Animal Services as an owner surrender and is now looking for a working cat placement to call his own!
Link came to us as an owner surrender due to behavioral concerns in his previous home. He was surrendered due to a new baby coming into the home but also due to attacking the dog, chasing the cat in the home and redirecting on people when unhappy. He did bite and scratch his previous owner in the home when they were trying to break up an altercation Link was in with the dog. Here at the shelter Link also shows signs of overstimulation although can be sweet at times. Due to his overall behavior he would do best in a working cat placement where he has all the room for mental and physical stimulation. Link will do best in a home with no kids, cats, or other dogs. He would love to be your one and only! We are sure with more space in a working cat environment though he may settle in and adjust. Link is available for rescue or working cat adoption through the shelter.
