Nervous Border Collie Mix-Seeking Rescue ASAP! (Baldwin, MD)

Meet Molly! Molly came to the shelter as a stray and is quite nervous here. She is typically found curled up into the corner of her kennel shaking. She has been making steady improvements here at the shelter though! She will start to come forward with baby talk and can be gently leashed although fast movements and loud noises may startle her. She does not care to be outside either and remains relatively nervous on walks. In a quieter room she may settle slightly and even lean in for pets but remains overall nervous. We can tell there is a sweet girl deep down that is just scared to be here at the shelter. We are hopeful to see her come out of her shell more and more each day. Due to her current behaviors, we are looking to place her with a rescue organization to ensure her socialization needs are met and her behaviors can be appropriately worked with.
