The Charlie team here just donated $100 for dog biscuits for the current shelter dogs at Baltimore County Shelter. The shelter is currently overfull, and these babies really appreciate everything they get (fosters and adoptions especially). THANK YOU!!
You all know I volunteer here almost every day for the homeless dogs & cats. You know if you get the emails if you subscribe. It is strictly a voluntary thing I do here, on FB, Bluesky, LinkedIn and Tumblr… I am a trained graphic designer. A graphic artist since I was about 18y.o,, I’m 68 y.o. now… and this is the most meaningful work I’ve ever done (I have been in rescue, even when not retired yet, for about 18 years now). My payment is knowing that every once in a while, we save a life.
Right now, I’ve been trying to concentrate on getting the rescue dogs adopted and when we open up these spaces, we know that the rescues will pull more dogs to safety!
If you think my work is worthwhile, please continue to help me help them. I am presently, working almost every day, if I make $1 an hour for these guys, it’s a lot. So, please consider a paid subscription and let’s help with all we can!!
