Ravena Needs Rescue
1 Year, 41lbs
Meet Ravena, a sweet and spirited 1-year-old terrier mix in need of rescue. She came into our care as a stray alongside her four puppies, so her past is a mystery—but during her time with us, Ravena has quickly shown just how special she is.
Ravena is an energetic, social girl who truly loves everyone she meets. She has also been introduced to her finders’ dogs and was reported to do well with them, showing positive, friendly dog-to-dog interactions.
During her intake exam, Ravena was noted to be limping on her right rear leg. X-rays revealed a pelvic fracture. Fortunately, her injury is being managed conservatively, and Ravena will require a strict period of crate/cage rest while the fracture heals.
We are seeking a dedicated rescue partner who can provide Ravena with a calm, supportive environment and help her through this recovery period. With proper rest and care, Ravena has a chance to heal and move forward to the happy, active life she deserves.
Ravena will be spayed prior to transfer to rescue.
