Theodore Needs Rescue

Meet Theodore, a handsome 4-year-old brown tabby in need of rescue. Transferred into our care from another shelter, very little is known about his past—but during his time with us, Theodore has quickly shown what a wonderful companion he is. He is outgoing, confident, and eager for attention, happily seeking out affection from everyone he meets.

During his intake exam, Theodore was noted to have a heart murmur. Further diagnostics revealed Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM). At this time, his condition is considered mild and does not require medication or additional treatment. He will, however, need routine veterinary care and ongoing monitoring to ensure he remains comfortable and healthy.
